Ingredients
 1 spaghetti squash, cooked1/2 c shaved parmesan cheese1 teaspoon garlic saltsalt and pepper to tasteBasil to taste (I used 4 fresh leaves chopped)Oregano to taste (I used a few sprinkles)
Directions
- Thoroughly wash spaghetti squash
- Cut in half (carefully) and scoop out all seeds
- Use a fork to poke holes on outside of squash
- Bake at 400 degrees for 25-35 minutes depending on size of squash (bigger squash, cook longer)
- Using a fork, scrap the inside of spaghetti squash out and put in bowl
- Add parmesan cheese, garlic salt, salt, pepper, basil, and oregano
- Stir all together and enjoy!
- *Add grilled chicken for added protein!
