Ingredients
7 cups of vegetable or chicken stock. You can use store bought or make your own.Any garden vegetables that your community can bring, including onions, carrots, potatoes, squash, etc.
Herbs such as basil, rosemary and thyme.
Directions
- Sauté onions and carrots or other crispy vegetables in vegetable oil until the onions are clear.
- Add the vegetable stock and other ingredients. Bring to a boil and turn down to a simmer.
- Cook until vegetables are tender. Add in the herbs and cook for five more minutes or until herbs have softened.
