Country Breakfast

Ingredients
2 cups okra, sliced2 eggs½ cup water¼ red onion, thinly sliced½ tbsp butter1 cup cherry tomatoes1 tsp olive oilsalt and pepper 
Directions

  1. 1. Wash the okra, cut both ends off and slice into thin rounds.
  2. 2. Heat the water in a small frying pan and add the okra, onion, oil, salt and pepper to taste. Let it cook for 10 mins.
  3. 3. Add the butter and cherry tomatoes, cook for 3 minutes.
  4. 4. Add the eggs, lower the temp to medium low and cook for about 2-3 minutes or until the eggs are done.
