Cheesecake Mousse with Fresh Berries

Ingredients
8 ounces cream cheese or mascarpone1 cup whipping cream1/4 cup honey 3/4 teaspoon vanilla extract2 cups fresh berries (blueberries,strawberries, raspberries, etc.)
Directions

  1. Whip cream cheese, vanilla, and honey in a large bowl until creamy. 
  2. In a separate bowl, whip the cream until stiff peaks form. 
  3. Fold whipped cream into the cream cheese mixture until white streaks are fully incorporated. 
  4. Scoop the mixture into individual serving cups and layer with fresh berries! Serve immediately, or refrigerate until ready to serve.
