Ingredients
8 ounces cream cheese or mascarpone1 cup whipping cream1/4 cup honey 3/4 teaspoon vanilla extract2 cups fresh berries (blueberries,strawberries, raspberries, etc.)
Directions
- Whip cream cheese, vanilla, and honey in a large bowl until creamy.Â
- In a separate bowl, whip the cream until stiff peaks form.Â
- Fold whipped cream into the cream cheese mixture until white streaks are fully incorporated.Â
- Scoop the mixture into individual serving cups and layer with fresh berries! Serve immediately, or refrigerate until ready to serve.Â
