Ingredients
1-2 lettuce hearts1 bundle of red leaf lettuce2 shallots, thinly sliced2 lemons, zested and juiced1/4 extra virgin olive oilKosher salt and black pepperCrushed red pepper flakes1 cup finely grated parmesan
Directions
- Chop lettuce and put it in your salad spinner or large bowl, rinse and drain very well. Pat the lettuce dry.
- Add the lettuce, shallots, and lemon zest to a bowl.
- Season with kosher salt, black pepper, lemon juice, and olive oil. Toss to combine.
- Add parmesan cheese and red pepper flakes and toss.
