Ingredients
16 ounces frozen peaches1/2 cup coconut milk/whole fat yogurt1/4 cup maple syrup/honey1 tablespoon fresh lemon juice (optional)
Directions
- In a large food processor fitted with an "S" blade or blender, add frozen peaches, coconut milk/yogurt, and maple syrup/ honey.
- Process until smooth and creamy, stopping to scrape down the sides, if necessary.
- Taste and add lemon juice to brighten up the flavor. (This isn't always necessary, depending on how the peaches taste.)Â
