Ingredients

Directions
- Preheat the oven to 450°F degrees.
- Rinse the okra and jalapeno, pat dry. Trim ends and stems, then cut okra in half lengthwise, and thinly slice the jalapeño (if using). Transfer to a bowl, set aside.
- In another small bowl, combine chopped herbs, olive oil, garlic, red pepper flakes, salt, and pepper. Pour the herb mixture onto the okra and mix well.
- Bake the okra for 20 minutes - until golden brown on the outside yet tender.
- Serve hot and enjoy their crispy texture.
Herbed Yogurt Dipping Sauce
- Place yogurt, lemon juice, honey, Cajun seasoning, salt and chopped herbs in a small bowl.
- Stir until well blended. Adjust to taste :)
- Cover and refrigerate until ready to serve.
