Soulful Southern Slaw

Ingredients
4 cups of green cabbage, shredded4 cups of red cabbage, shredded (same as purple cabbage)1⁄2 a cup of carrots, shredded1⁄2 a cup of celery, diced1⁄2 a cup of onion, diced3 tablespoons of mayonnaise1 tablespoon of mustard3 tablespoons of apple cider vinegar2 tablespoons of sugar1⁄2 a teaspoon of dill1/4 teaspoon of dried thyme1⁄4 teaspoon of cayenne pepper (optional for you - butwe always include it!)1 1⁄4 teaspoon of salt1⁄4 teaspoon of black pepper2-3 sprigs of fresh thyme for garnish
Directions

Mix vegetables together.

Add the dressing ingredients to a small bowl and whisk together until smooth.
