1. For Melted Chocolate, use a double boiler or microwave for 30 second intervals stirring in

between until chocolate is melted.

2. Dip Strawberries in Chocolate, let excess drip and place on Parchment paper. Continue with

all Strawberries.

3. Chill Strawberries until chocolate is set.
