- Heat 2 inches of oil in a deep-frying pan on med-high heat. Cut wonton wrappers in half on the diagonal.Â
- Separate each sheet for frying. When oil is hot fry around 6 chips at a time to not crowd pan. Keep the chips moving with tongs. Chips are done when very light brown.
- Transfer with tongs to paper towel.
- Make Pineapple relish and set aside.
- Make Aji Verde and set aside.
- Mix Marinate in a bowl or gallon bag, add tuna and set aside.
- Now its time to build the dish. Find your favorite platter and start with the marinated tuna in the center, then garnish with cucumber, Pineapple relish, Aji Verde, Oyster Sauce, Green Onions, and Sesame seeds. Serve with chips on the side or build bite size appetizers on each chip.
