Red Bell Pepper Cream

Ingredients
1 1/2 cups yogurt 1 red bell pepper, seeds removed 1 small clove of garlic 3/4 tablespoon lemon juice Salt, pepper, cumin to taste
Directions

Add all of the ingredients in a high-powered blender or food processor and blend on high; stopping to scrape down the sides if necessary.

Blend until the cream is smooth and silky with no chunks. Taste and adjust seasonings to your liking.
