Radish Coleslaw

Ingredients
1 small head cabbage4-5 radishes (chopped)1/4 cup cider vinegar1/4 cup mayonnaise1 tablespoon sugar1 teaspoon black pepper1 teaspoon salt
Directions

Chop cabbage coarsely with a sharp knife. Wash thoroughly with cold water and remove excess moisture.

Combine cider vinegar, mayonnaise, sugar, black pepper, and salt in a large bowl plastic or glass bowl. 

Add cabbage and radishes to the mixture and gently combine. Place into the refrigerator for at least 1 hour before using.
