Orange Vinaigrette

Ingredients
1 tbs of vinegar, you can use white wine vinegar or cider vinegar 4 tbs orange juice, about 1⁄2 orange 2 tbs lime juice, about 1⁄2 lime 4 tbs olive oil 1⁄2 tsp cumin 2 tbs finely chopped cilantro Salt and pepper to taste 
Directions

Place all the ingredients for the vinaigrette in a jar (that has a lid), put the lid on the jar, and shake until the ingredients are well mixed. 

The orange vinaigrette or dressing can be used immediately or refrigerated until ready to use - simply re-shake before using it. 


*Remember, you can always use what you have on hand, if you don’t have any of the specific ingredients.
