Ingredients
4 medium sized squash1 tsp saltPepper (to taste)1 Tbl olive oil2 Tbl butter
Directions
- Slice squash into quarter inch slices
- Heat butter and olive oil in a shallow pan.
- Add Squash and saute until it is soft and enjoy.
- Note: You can add diced onions, tomatillos, and green chiles for more flavor.
