Ingredients
For Salad:2 cups assorted lettuce mix1 cup assorted add on veggies: Radish, carrots, cucumbers½ cup assorted fruit or nuts: Oranges, berries, pecans, walnutsOption garnish: cheese like goat or blue cheeseSalad Dressing1/4 cup fresh grapefruit juice1 tablespoon honey1 teaspoon Dijon mustard1/2 teaspoon salt1/4 teaspoon freshly ground pepper6 tablespoons olive oil
Directions

  1. Whisk together grapefruit juice, honey, Dijon mustard, salt, and pepper. Gradually whisk in olive oil until well blended.
  2. Pour salad dressing over mixed salads
