Shishito Peppers

Ingredients
Handful of shishito peppers (about 10)2 tbsp olive oilSprinkle of salt
Directions

  1. Wash the Shishito Peppers. Dry them completely!
  2. Heat a little olive oil in a wide sauté pan until it is good and hot but not smoking.
  3. Add the peppers and cook them over medium, tossing and turning them frequently until they blister
  4. Remove from pan & add salt or seasoning of choice.
  5. Enjoy!
