Ingredients
Handful of shishito peppers (about 10)2 tbsp olive oilSprinkle of salt
Directions
- Wash the Shishito Peppers. Dry them completely!
- Heat a little olive oil in a wide sauté pan until it is good and hot but not smoking.
- Add the peppers and cook them over medium, tossing and turning them frequently until they blister
- Remove from pan & add salt or seasoning of choice.
- Enjoy!
