Ingredients
1 frozen pie crust, pre-cook according to package directions2-3 cups chopped tomatoes, lightly salted(optional) 1/4 cup of onions, raw or caramelized1/2 cup of mayo to mix with cheese for topping2 cups cheese to mix with mayo for topping(optional) sprinkle of herb, either basil or rosemary
Directions
- Cook pre-made pie crust in the oven for 10 minutes.
- Wash and slice tomatoes, allow sitting in salt and a colander while the crust is cooking.
- Carmelize onions until brown using Ghee.
- Mix cheese and mayonnaise.
- Get pie crust out of the oven.
- Fill with tomatoes, and cheese and mayo mixture.
- Cook for 25-30 minutes.
