Ingredients
1 Cup Olive Oil1 Cup Grated Parmesan Cheese3 Medium Garlic Cloves, Peeled2 Cups Fresh Basil Leaves2 Cups Fresh Kale Leaves3 Tablespoons Pine Nuts1/4 Teaspoon SaltPinch Black Pepper
Directions

  1. Place all ingredients into the Vitamix container, or blender, in the order listed and secure lid.
  2. Select Variable speed 1 and switch machine to start and slowly increase speed to Variable 3.
  3. Blend for 30 seconds or until desired consistency is reached.
