Sauteed Kale with Garlic

Ingredients
5 cloves garlic, sliced 1/4 cup oil 1 pound fresh kale, trimmed 1/2 tsp salt
Directions

  1. Cook 5 sliced garlic cloves in 1/4 cup olive oil in a pot over medium-low heat until sizzling, 1 minute.
  2. Add 1 pound chopped kale and stir until wilted, 3 to 5 minutes. Increase the heat to medium.
  3. Add 1/2 teaspoon kosher salt. Cook, stirring, until tender, 5 minutes.

*Remember, you can always use what you have on hand, if you don’t have any of the specific ingredients.
